Question:
We ordered two Aventon Aventure Fat tire ebikes. They have 4 inch tires and weight 63lbs without the batteries. Which rack is the best for carrying capacity and ease of loading? Thanks

The RockyMounts MonoRail bike rack you'd looked at, part # RKY10004 is a great bike rack, but it wouldn't work well with bikes that have fenders like your Aventon Aventure Fat tire ebikes. The front fender would prevent the bike retaining hook from having direct contact with the bike tire immediately forward of the forks, which wouldn't hold the bike in place tightly enough.
You'll need to use a rack that holds the bikes from the top frame tube or the seat post tube.
The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE, part # HLY84FR can handle bikes weighing up to 80 lbs each with tires up to 5 inches wide, so it'll easily handle your Aventon Adventure Fat Tire e-bikes. The rack can tilt away from the rear of the vehicle once the bikes are loaded, for easier access to the rear of the vehicle, and a locking hitch pin and cable lock are included. The rack holds the bikes from the top frame tube, not the fenders so it'll be compatible with your bikes. If one or both your bikes has the step thru frame, you'll want to use a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. A frame adapter bar spans the distance between the handlebar stem and the seat post, to provide a level attachment point for the bike retaining hook on the bike rack.
If you click the provided link, you can see a demonstration video for the rack I recommended.
