For your 2021 Toyota Sienna there is two trailer hitch receivers available, and both will have roughly the same ground clearance as they are both the same general design.

Between these two hitches, the Curt # C22UR and the Draw-Tite # DT55MR, I recommend going with the Curt # C22UR due to it being made here in the USA, and in our experience the Curt hitches have a tougher powder coat finish that keeps the hitch looking better, longer.

If you will be towing a trailer with your Sienna then you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # TK69FR, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
