landing gear motor kicks real loud and doesnt lift

Typically this is attributed to a weak battery or a weak ground connection. Start by checking your grounds and ensuring they are tight and on a good, clean, bare metal location. Additionally, check your battery terminals and make sure they are tightened and are not corroded. Finally, check the charge of your battery with # PT89ZR and ensure it reads 12.6 volts or higher.
If you find your battery terminals are corroded or rusted, you can use the NOCO NCP2 Battery Terminal Treatment Kit w/ Terminal Protectors and Preventative Spray # 329-MC101 which includes 2 terminal pads and 1 NCP2 spray bottle to ensure complete protection. This will ensure your battery stays clean from corrosion and rust so you always have a solid connection.
If it turns out not to be the battery connections or your ground connections, it may be a bad motor, in that case you will need to replace your motor with # LC196308. However, you should start by checking your electrical connections first.
