What is the difference between this rack model # RKY10003 and model # RKY10007-05 ?

The big differences between the two versions of the RockyMounts Monorail bike racks you mentioned is that the part # RKY10003 only fits the 1-1/4 inch hitch size and can only be used as a 2 bike rack whereas the part # RKY10007-05 that you also mentioned fits 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch hitch sizes and can be split up to be a single bike rack as well as use as a bike rack for two bikes.
