Troubleshooting Way Interglobal Drive Wireless RV Backup Camera with Poor Color

Question:
I bought the Way Interglobal camera directly from them and it only shows blue and red, no green. All trees and grass look gray/magenta. Have other customers had color problems and is there a fix? Way Interglobal don’t know how to fix it.

I have seen some reviews that mentioned the color on the monitor of the Drive Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # 324-000002 and we have noticed that on some occasions the monitors were set to night mode. You'll want to go into the camera settings in the menu and make sure that the settings are correct; it's possible that the settings are incorrect and you'll need to adjust them accordingly.
