Is There a Difference between Brake Controller Harness 3024 and 3024-P

Question:
I ordered a wire harness and the label on the cable says 3024, NOT 3024-P. Ive looked at all sorts of pictures on the web and also the Tekonsha site and the two cables appear to be wired the same. Are they the same?

The 3024 and # 3024-P are the exact same harness. Sometimes the part number is just listed differently.
