Hello, I am looking to see if I need the HL1 or HL2 hitch lock for Kuat Transfer v2 KU64FR for 2 inch hitch receiver.

The only difference between the # HL1 and # HL2 hitch lock is the diameter. HL1 is 3/8" in diameter and the HL2 is 1/2". Measure the diameter of the hole you have to see which one is closer. If the hole is more than 1/2" you can use either of them for the Kuat Transfer # KU64FR.
