i am looking for a 5 by 41/2 hub I know the outer bearing is 1.2485 and the inner bearing is 1.3745

I do have an option for you but the only trailer hub we offer with these bearings/measurements, L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) and LM67048 (1.25" inner diameter) is the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-407-5UC3-EZ which has a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern.

Your bearing number combination is pretty rare but it actually matches 4,400 lb axle hubs like the Dexter part #8-407-5UC3-EZ. This will give you a hub/drum that has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
