What is the center-to-center distance between the row bolts that hold the wheel in place?

The distance between the 2 bolts on the Stromberg Carlson Spare Tire Carrier item # TR-2 is 3 1/2 inches. I have attached a picture that shows not only the spacing but the mounting method this spare tire carrier uses. The top bolt attaches to a bracket not a lug hole so this gives you quite a bit of flexibility with wheel sizes.
