I spoke to Dexter and the # DX43QR will be the replacement kit for 12" Electric Nev-R-Adjust brakes. Unfortunately, they said adding this on to your manual adjusting brakes will not make them work the same as the Nev-R-Adjust ones.
If you want to get the Nev-R-Adjust brakes on your trailer, you will need to go with the # 23-464-465 for a 7,000 pound axle, or the # 23-458-459 for a 6,000 pound axle. Both of these options will fit your 8-219 hub/drum without issue.
