K71-472-00 someone is questioning why this part is listed for hydraulic brakes? He states hydraulic brakes do not have this for adjustment? Thank you

The Replacement Brake Adjuster Kit for Dexter 12-1/4" Forward Self-Adjusting Brakes # K71-472-00 is definitely designed for hydraulic brakes. It can be easy to assume that hydraulic brakes mean disc brakes, in which case they would be correct. This part, however, is for hydraulic drum brakes.
Although this is slightly different, the brake adjuster for hydraulic drum brakes is located on the assembly at the bottom just like an electric brake assembly. This can be seen on the Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit # 23-406-407. The different colors in the # K71-472-00 are for the left and right hand side.
I have attached a picture which shows the brake adjuster at the bottom of the hydraulic drum brake assembly for your reference.
