Replacement Brake Adjuster Kit for Dexter 12-1/4" Forward Self-Adjusting Brakes

Today we're gonna do a quick look at the replacement brake adjuster kit for Dexter 12 1/4, forward self-adjusting brakes. Now this is to replace those key components in your brakes to make sure that they last you a long time. And instead of buying a whole new brake assembly, we can just replace those components that need replacing.So we'll have enough parts that come with this kit to service our left and right-hand side brakes. We'll get our two cables, adjuster cables, as well as the clips for the barrel and thread end, two of each. We'll also get our lever or our screw assemblies for the left-hand side and it does have an L printed on there, so you can distinguish which side goes where. And then we'll have our right-hand side, which has a little R imprinted on that adjustment screw.We'll also have our two levers for the right and left-hand side.

Those are also labeled: LH for left-hand, RH for right-hand. So I should switch those around, so that they're on the right side there. And then we'll have our two spring assemblies as well, our springs.So it's gonna be everything we need to get those components replaced out, and that way we don't have to replace our entire assembly.And that's gonna do it for our look at the replacement brake adjuster kit for Dexter 12 1/4 forward self-adjusting brakes.
