Bright Way Group Breakaway Switch Wire Setup

Question:
Okay. All your any other wiring diagrams to wire the breakaway switch to the bright way group battery and the trailer brakes show two blue wires entering/exiting the bright way breakaway switch. Look at the product. One blue wire, one black.

The two wires that come from the breakaway switch # 3802348 need to be connected to power and the brake signal switch. The black wire needs to have power. Once you have that connection made you then can locate your brake signal wire from your brakes and connect the blue wire to that. This way when the switch is pulled, it completes the circuit sending power to your brakes, thus locking them up. As long as one wire is connected to power and one is connected to ground, the switch will still work.
