What is the Overall Length of the CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # CE16720

Question:
I am looking at 16720 Acorn Lug Nut - 1/2inch Diameter x 1-1/4inch Long on your website. It has the same markings on the outside as the lug nuts I’m wanting to replace: 1/2 20 48. But on the website it says that the length of the nut is 1 1/4. My lug nut overall length on the outside is just under 2 1/2. However, inside the nut, the threads are about 1 1/4. Is the 1 1/4” length you give for this nut just the inside thread length? What is the overall outside length? Thanks.

The overall length of the CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # CE16720 is 1 1/2" long, the inside length is 1 1/4".
