CAN A BIDET ATTACHMENT BE ADDED TO THIS TOILET IF IT WILL FIT ON A STANDARD TOILET?

Yes bidets can install on RV toilets like the Dometic # DOM27FR. Since this is a standard size toilet a standard bidet would work.
