Question:
How do you know which leg giving the Out of Stroke error. Is it by the orange blinking light on the control panel? Also this is an intermittent problem. Does not always happen. Is this signs that a part is going to eventually fail, i.e. motor, sensor etc?

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 there is not a way to determine the specific jack that caused the out of stroke error. I will say that 99% of the time this error is not due to a part wearing out, but instead is typically due to the ground where the camper is parked not being level.
If one jack has to extended multiple inches further that another then it will cause this error, and could be why the issue is only happening intermittently. I recommend checking that you camper is parked on level ground, and if it is not level then you will need to use leveling blocks # UF48-979050 to go under the jacks that are on ground that is not level to keep them from over extending.
Lastly to clear your out of stroke error you will just need to manually extend or retract all of the jacks 6", then hit the retract button on the control panel.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
