I would like to know country of manufacture, and if I can add reverse lock out solenoid to it. thanks

The Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator part # DX33FR comes with a manual lockout key for reversing. That said, if you would like for this to be done automatically you can simply add an electric lockout, the Solenoid Valve part # T4748800. That said, you'll also need a 5-way on the trailer and vehicle for this so if you don't already have one I recommend the Hopkins Endurance 5-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Kit part # HM47890.
