Question:
2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Universal four diode wiring kit installed When the motor home is connected to the toad all light functions are exactly the same as in the video for the 2019 Cherokee. My question is can the brake-lite relay be installed in the 2021 model and if so what is the color of the brake switch wire. If the brake-lite relay can not be installed any other suggestions to solve the problem of the brake lights overriding the signal lites would be appreciated. Regards

Since your 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has separate wiring and you're using a 4-diode kit you can use the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 to stop the brake lights from overriding the signal lights. Jeep typically uses a green wire for the brake switch but you can find it by checking each wire in the harness and seeing which one has power only once the brake pedal is depressed.
