Question:

I have a fat tire e-bike with fenders. Will this rack work for that or do you have a better suggestion?

The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY87RR would work for you since it is designed to grab bikes by the top of the tire and has taken extra steps to make it work with bikes with fenders. It can hold bikes up to 60 pounds and will accommodate tires up to 5" wide.

A better option is the Thule EasyFold XT bike rack part # TH903202 which was specifically designed for e-bikes like yours. It has a 65-pound weight capacity, uses a frame clamp that fits well to the typically alternative shaped e-bike frames and comes with a ramp to make loading and unloading easier.
