Because the hitch companies have been known to change/update the hitch mounting hardware's torque values over time, we don't publish the specific torque values as we wouldn't want folks to have outdated information that could cause a safety problem.

The specific torque values for the Draw-Tite # 76004 Class III hitch are mentioned on the install sheet on page 3, just after step # 10. I'll link you to an install video that you might find helpful, as well as to a pdf copy of the installation instructions for you to look over.
