Could Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Coupler Fit on 3x3 Trailer Tongue

My existing trailer tongue is 3x3-will this work as a bolt on application?

The Dexter DX7.5L brake actuator part # DX27FR will fit on a 3 inch by 3 inch trailer tongue like what you have. Now it would be hard to say if it would bolt right up to existing holes that you have but either way you could drill new holes in the trailer tongue to match up with this.
