Best Suspension Enhancement for 2021 Toyota Tundra

Question:

is there just one size or one weight capability, i.e. medium load size vs heavy load size. Do not need to handle extreme heavy loads, just pulling a large fishing boat.

For your 2021 Toyota Tundra we have SumoSprings options that range in support from 1,000 lbs like # SSR-610-40 to 2,800 lbs like the # SSR-610-54. For a lighter duty application the lighter # SSR-610-40 would probably be better since you wouldn't lose as much ride quality.

Now with that said if you wanted the best in support, ride quality and stability the RAS system part # RAS4611TD is what you'd want. It will give you more support than you'd need (it's adjustable) and unlike other options it actually improves loaded an unloaded ride quality and improves handling as well so it really is the best overall solution.
