The Kenda 235/80R16 tires item # AM10248 that you were looking at, have a diameter of 30.8", a section width of 9.3", and a wheel diameter of 16".
Our only 68" long tandem axle fenders are 9" Wide x 68" long x 17" tall so you would not have enough clearance for that size of tire.
If you want to use that size of tire then I recommend item # HP84VR this is a 72" long tandem axle fender that is 10-3/4" Wide x 72" long x 20-1/2" tall that will have plenty of clearance for a set of 235/80R16 tires.
