I have a karavan 6x10 utility trailer. Model # KTO-2990-72-10 I need to buy a spare tire/combo. What is the bolt pattern size? Or do you sell that combo?

Based on the information I was able to find on your Karavan 6' x 10' Utility Trailer Model KTO-2990-72-10 your trailer has a 215/75D14 Load Range C tire mounting on a 14" wheel with the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.
I do recommend verifying this by taking a look at the tire size stamped in the sidewall of your tires, and measuring your bolt pattern using the included help article.
Given you do have this tire size and bolt pattern I recommend the Loadstar ST215/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3S550 as it is the exact tire size, is bias ply to match your current tires, and has the same Load Range C rating. This combo includes a wheel with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern so it will fit perfectly.
If you do not already have a spare tire carrier I recommend the CE Smith Offset Spare Trailer Tire Carrier # CE27310G.
