Parts Needed to Replace Electric Brakes on 2006 Jayco 12HW

Question:
From appearances, I strongly suspect that the existing brakes are original to this unit. They dont work at all, and I would feel much better towing the GVWR of 3750 with working brakes! My axle is ~3inch diameter, with 14inch tires, 5 bolt wheels and the drums sayinch 10inch brakes. The only tag or info on the axle is shown below. Please help!

Since your drums are designed for 10" brakes, and it looks like you've got a 4400-lbs Dexter axle on your 2006 Jayco 12HW the replacement brakes you're looking for are the Dexter Electric Brake Kit for 4.4K Axles Manufactured Before May 2009 - 10" - Left/Right Hand # 23-454-455.
