Pins of Curt Tow Bar Extension Cord w/ Socket

Question:
My frayed cable has a metal center pin in the black plastic connector... ur pic shows that missing assuming a necessary ground pin... ??

You link to # C59HR, the Curt Tow Bar Extension Cord w/ Socket. This connects the 7-way, blade-style connector from an RV to the 6-way round connector used for towed vehicles. This drops the black wire, the battery hot lead.
