Question:
I have a hitch lock for my Yakima rack, but what I need is the cable lock which locks 4 bikes in place onto the rack itself. The monster who tried to steal my bike wasn’t interested in the rack…it wanted the bike and messed with the cable lock so much I could barely make my key work. It was destroyed. Hence my question about the cable lock assembly.

I have another option for you, but the Replacement Cable Lock # 8880572 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit the Yakima Fullback bike racks. Instead I recommend the Yakima HitchLock for Yakima Hitch Mounted Bike Racks # Y07235 which is confirmed to fit the Yakima BuckHorn Elite Bike Racks.
This is the only version of the BuckHorn bike racks that has a replacement lock available.
For the other component it sounds like you are asking about a replacement cradle. If that is the case you will need the Replacement Cradle Set # Y8890177.
I included a video of the # Y07235 for you to take a look at.
