Pollak 11-934 Pollak 11-998 How can I get one wiring harness with the connectors from those harnesses on each end. Need one end USCAR male, the other USCAR female. Kind of a 3foot extension. I want to order 60+

In order to get the two ends on your wiring harness, you will have to wire the # PK11998 and # PK11-934 together. This is the only option available that will do what you have described. Unfortunately, this is not ideal given the fact that you would like to order a large quantity.
If your goal is to move a 7-way from the bumper to the bed I do have a different solution. I recommend using the # C56070 Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector. It is longer at 7 feet but would plug inline with your existing 7-way allowing you to add a 7-way in the bed of the truck.
I have attached several review videos for your reference.
