Will the Standard 12V Universal Awning Hardware Kit work for ANY dometic awning? I have a 2008 fifth wheel. Just want to make sure before I purchase. Dometic 8500 series manual awning.

Good question, and while the Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit doesn't work for every Dometic awning, I double checked with the manufacturer for you, and it does indeed work with your Dometic 8500 Series awning. It will work with the Dometic 8500, 9000, 9100, Sunchaser and Weather Pro awnings, so it'll work for you!
The conversion kit also comes in your choice of either White or Black:
