Do you have a diagram showing the measurements especially hole to hole for hitch holes to bottom/middle/top of ball?

I sure do, the nice folks at Bulletproof Hitch provided a dimensional diagram for their # HD256 adjustable ball mount. I'll post the diagram for you so you can check it out. I've also linked to a demonstration video that you might find helpful.
