Question:
I have a model 181794 power tongue jack that one of the springs that holds the brushes down broke. Are there springs available to replace them?

Unfortunately, Lippert doesn't offer internal replacement parts for their 181794 Power Trailer Jack.
Unfortunately, the best option I can recommend would be to replace the jack with something like the Bulldog Powered A-Frame Jack, part # BD500187 which has an excellent 5 year warranty. The jack has a 3500 lb lift capacity and provides 22 inches of lift.
I've linked to a product demonstration video for the # BD500187 jack I recommended.
