I have another option for you, but at this time (7/20/2021) we do not offer fender backs for Triple Axle Fenders like the # HP37VR you were looking at.
What you will need to do instead is get a piece of sheet metal preferably 16 gauge, that is 97" x 15-1/2" and lay it underneath the fender. Then trace it out using a marker and cut the back out using a cutoff wheel making sure to wear safety glasses and gloves.
Once it is cut out you can attach it to your fenders by drilling through both and using nuts and bolts, or rivets if you have a rivet gun.
If this is not something you are comfortable doing, a local fabrication shop can knock them out for you.
I included a video of the # HP37VR for you to take a look at.
