Good morning, What are the bolt center measurements on the backing plate? My plate uses nuts and bolts on 3inch centers. all else looks the same. Thank you,

The Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Assembly part # 23-313 for right hand and part # 23-312 for left hand uses an industry standard brake mounting flange pattern which I have attached a photo of below. I would bet this is what you have as you are very close and it's not uncommon for there to be a 1/8" - 1/4" discrepancy since measuring the center of the hole is not always easy.
