I don't have any available database that would tell me if the # STL2RB would be the exact replacement taillight for your trailer. The trailer manufacturers don't do as good of a job keeping track of that as the vehicle manufacturers do. This being said, the # STL2RB is extremely common, and if the dimensions of your existing taillight match those in the diagram I provided, there's every reason to believe that it's the correct replacement.
The Optronics # STL2RB has three wire leads exiting the rear. The brown wire would connect to the running lamp circuit, the green wire would connect to the right turn/brake lamp circuit and the white ground wire would ground to the trailer frame or to metal that's in direct contact with the trailer frame.
The # MCL35AEBP has a single wire that connects to the running lamp circuit, the lamp would get its ground connection through its mounting hardware. If the lamp isnt mounted to the trailer frame or metal that's connected to the trailer frame, you'll want to run a jumper from the mounting screw or bolt to the frame to complete the ground circuit.
If you need further assistance, please let me know. I'd be happy to help.
