I recommend using the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame - 4,800 lbs - Wide Tread # DM9713093, which has hydraulic surge brakes and has plenty of capacity to handle the curb weight of your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage LE.
