I recommend using the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame - 4,800 lbs - Wide Tread # DM9713093, which has hydraulic surge brakes and has plenty of capacity to handle the curb weight of your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage LE. I really like that this dolly has a tilting bed so that you can load and unload a bit easier. You may also need a license plate bracket, which is available with part # DM39VR.
The Demco Kar Kaddy X doesn't require the use of a brake controller or 7 way connector, so it's exactly what you're looking for.
