Expert Reply:
To unplug the power supply for the control panel of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 on your 2016 Jayco 321 RSTS 5th wheel trailer you will need to first physically remove the control panel.
It should just pop out of its bracket, and once removed you will see the cables plugging into the back. All but one will say leg/jack near it, and that will be the power supply, so you will unplug that connection.
Now if you are unplugging the power supply to reset the system, you will need to leave that cord unplugged for a few minutes so it can fully lose power, and then plug it back in and reinstall the control panel.
I included a video of the # LC358590 for you to take a look at.
