Question:

I have two ebikes. A trike that weights 95 pounds and a bicycle that weighs 75 pounds. Would the rack retain the trike and bike with 4inch width wheels. Questioning about what receiver for a Kia Soul to attach rack. Will the receiver have the capacity for bikes and rack. Best way to load rack with trike.

I have an option for you, but there is not a hitch mounted rack capable of carrying your 95lb electric trike that is 77" long with 4" wide tires. The Swagman # S64665 you were looking at is not able to carry a trike, and is limited to bikes weighing 35lbs or less which both your trike and E-bike exceed.

Your only option is going to be using a trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer # K2MMT4X6 which will be large enough to carry the trike, and is a tilt bed so you can easily get it loaded. You will need to strap it down to the trailer using ratchet straps # ETBMB-05852.

Now to secure the electric bike you will need to find something to go around the wheels and stabilize it, then use more ratchet straps to hold it in place.

For your 2019 Kia Soul to be able to tow this trailer you will need the following components:

Trailer hitch receiver: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11419
