Vehicle: Winnebago Solis Class B Camper Van. Sits on the Ram Promaster 3500 chassis. Has a 2 inch hitch with a 4 pin connector. Bikes: 2 Lectric E Bikes. Weight: 56 pounds without battery Dimensions: 67”x18”x47” Products interested in …. Yakima EXO SwingBase with DoubleUp 2 Bike Rack - 2inch Hitches - Wheel Mount Y92VR License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit for Yakima EXO System Y74VR Swagman Bike Cover for RVs - Large - 2 Bikes S24FR Hi, I have been looking for a bicycle rack for our RV and there are a few things that seemed important to have … 1. Proper License Plate and Tail Light setup. 2. The ability to easily access the back of the van. 3. A bicycle rack with enough security to deter theft. I came across the Yakima EXO system today and it comes close to meeting all the needs. The only problem that I saw had to do with bike weight. The bike weight is rated for 50lbs. per bike and our ebikes are 56lbs. per bike without battery. I was wondering … 1. Is this a big enough weight difference to worry about? 2. Would this work if we limited it to one bike on the rack and one bike inside the Camper Van? We do have room in the Camper Van for one of the bikes when folded. 3. Is there another bike rack that is rated for heavier ebikes that might work with the Yakima EXO system? 4. Is there another similar system that might meet my needs? Thanks,

For e-bikes at the rear of an RV that's also compatible with fat tires like you need we really only have one option with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR. The Yakima EXO just does not have the weight capacity needed like you noted. There isn't a hinge solution for this rack at this time.
I also would not worry about putting lights on the carrier or moving the license plate either.
