I have another option for you, but the # 306-X7387 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit the 2019 Countryman.

For your 2018 Mini Cooper Countryman AWD you will need to go with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11522 as it is the only trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your vehicle.

This hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver with a 200lb tongue weight rating and 2000lb trailer weight rating making it a great option for carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or ball mount for light duty towing.

If you are planning on towing with your Countryman you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 119250KIT, drawbar # C45521, 1-7/8" hitch ball # A-80 or 2" hitch ball # A-82, and hitch pin and clip # F-4.
