will the tr 2 hold a 14inch tire? If not what tire carrier do I need

I have another option for you, but the Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier - U-Bolt Mount # TR-1 you were looking at only works with wheels that are 15" - 16" in diameter and would not be correct for your 14" wheel.

Instead I recommend going with the Brophy Rigid Mount Spare Tire Carrier # BR56VR which works with wheels up to 17-1/2", and since we had a chance to use it with a 13" wheel we can confirm it will work perfectly with your 14" wheel.
