Question:

We have a 2019 Subaru Impreza sedan 4 door but would like to install a 2inch hitch like the ecohitch Item # 306-X7350 Do you know if this hitch can be installed on the sedan? All of our bike racks and other hookups for our Forester are 2inch and it would be really nice to be able to just use the same things on both vehicles. Has anyone tried it? Do you know if it can be done with minor modifications or adjustments? Thanks in advance

This receiver is custom fit for your Impreza and will fit properly. It does have a 200lb capacity rating which reduces to 100lbs with the adapter.

I cannot find any information about a EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7350 being installed on a sedan model or any other 2" receiver available for your Impreza Sedan. It appears that the spare tire area in the trunk of your Impreza is why you cannot use the EcoHitch.
