What Are the Dimensions of the Single Axle Trailer Fender

Question:

How to measure for trailer fender. Height, do i need to measure height of backing plate? do i measure across entire fender radius for length or inside lip to tip?

The measurements we've provided for the Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Backing Plate - Steel - 14" to 15" Wheels - Qty 1 # HP36VR were taken from outside edge to outside edge of the bottoms of the fender (32"), from the top of the arch to the floor when sitting flat (15") and the backing plate itself (12").
