what would cause all 5 lugs to shear off od a dexter 3500 torflex axle with e z lube? #8-247

Sometimes with all the studs of a hub sheer off it's because one lug nut started to come loose which then caused others to work loose and with enough play the impact on the stud as the wheel turns eventually sheers off the stud.
The replacement wheel studs you need for hub part # 8-247-50UC3 would be part # 7-262.
