To convert the 4-way of your 2018 Jeep Renegade to a 7-way all you'd need is the install kit part # ETBC7 with a brake controller like the part # TK63VR and you'd be set. The ETBC7 comes with everything needed to convert to the 7-way as well as all wiring needed for a new brake controller.
