Question:
I need a 2014 Honda Odyssey. I need a hitch to match the ball height to be 19 inches. The receiver is somewhat recessed so I will need a shank long enough to go in the 2 inch receiver and clear the bumper. The bottom of the receiver is 9 1/2 inches off the ground.

Expert Reply:
With the hitch on your 2014 Honda Odyssey being recessed about 4 3/4 I suggest going with the Convert-A-Ball # AMSC12. This will have 10 3/4 inches of rise, 7,000 pounds of capacity, and will clear your bumper.
As a side note, you do have about 2 inches up or down to still technically be level.
