Replacement Door Lock for Six Pac Camper

Question:
hello there - i am looking for a lock/latch to replace the one on my sixpac 6foot mini combo cab-over camper its from the mid-1990s. i have attached a photo or two. the door has hinges on the left side, can this item - Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option - Black Item # 295-000019 - be turned upside down to work on my left-hand latch?
