Height of Flash Solid Steel HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount 2.5" Hitch 10" Drop

Question:
Can you give me the measurement from the top of the 2.5inch shaft to the bottom of mount with the adjustment holes. So I can tell how far it will be from the ground for clearance. Does Fastway make this model mount in a 8inch mount? Thanks

In regards to the Flash Solid Steel HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount part # FA49-00-5925, the distance from the top of the shank to the bottom of the vertical adjustment shaft is 13-1/2". I have attached a photo below.
