What is the Outer Dimension of the Flange Body

Hi there. At about minute 0:33 in your video, you say that the outer diameter of the flange face is 16.25inch and the internal diameter is 13.5. What is the outer diameter of the flange body? Is it meant to fit through a 14inch x 14inch square cut out?

The Ceiling Garnish for MaxxAir Maxxfan RV Roof Vent - Black # MA10-20209 is designed to fit in 14" x 14" rough vent cutout dimensions and the plastic garnish itself is roughly 1/4" thick. The outer diameter of the flange body will be 14" x 14".

I reached out to my contact at MaxxAir and the only ceiling garnish they make for the MA00-07500K deluxe roof fan is the MaxxAir #MA54FR garnish in white. I think if I really wanted black I would consider some black textured spray paint.
