Question:
I am installing this on a truck that has one wire for brake and turn. One wire for park lights and one for reverse. My question is this light has 5 functions but only three wires available. How do I connect. Thanks.

You are correct that the Peterson Combination Tail Light - 5 Function - Incandescent - Square - Driver Side # PM445 you were looking at has 5 functions but only 3 wires.
To wire it to your truck you will need to make the following connections:
Red wire on light to brake light/turn signal wire
Green wire on light to parking light wire
Black wire on light to reverse light wire
I included a video of the # PM445 for you to take a look at.
