Question:
After running 1 hour system dies and car battery is completely dead. Bought new battery, noticed compressor running, not shutting off?

Expert Reply:
Since your compressor is running non-stop on your Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # RM-9400 you have a leak somewhere and that is definitely able to kill your battery that quickly. You'll need to find the leak and replace the part. It's most likely the Quick Exhaust Valve # RM-450601-50 or the Cylinder # RM-452109-10.
You can also install a BrakeBuddy Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Kit Item # BB54FR to help keep your vehicle's battery charged while towing.
